What is it?
I've seen several mods on the Nexus that alter the power radiation range of workshop components such as conduits or pylons, but there wasn't one that covered all of them or all the DLC. This mod does both. You can consider it a revivement/expansion/alternative of the following mods.
Conduits and Pylons Various Wireless Power Ranges - by Okigai (No longer updated)
Smaller Conduits and Switches with Various Power Range Conduits and Pylons - by Okigai (No longer updated)
Contraptions power radiators increased range - by argvminusone (Same functionality included in this and more)
vault 88 better power connectors withmore range - by angellicktrooper (Same functionality included in this and more)
Please note that although the above mods inspired this, it does NOT use any assets from them and was created from scratch with xEdit.
What does it modify?
Conduit (Base game - Wall)
Conduit (Base game - Ceiling)
Conduit (Base game - Floor)
Power Pylon (Base game) Removed as of v1.1
Large Power Pylon (Base game)
Switched Power Pylon (Base game)
Large Switched Power Pylon (Base game)
Power Radiator (Contraptions DLC - Up)
Power Radiator (Contraptions DLC - Down)
Vault Conduit (Vault-tec DLC)
Conduit (Vault-tec DLC - Wall)
Conduit (Vault-tec DLC - Ceiling)
Conduit (Vault-tec DLC - Floor)
Requirements
You need the Contraptions and Vault-Tec Workshop DLCs if you want to use the DLC version. There is a non-DLC version for those of you who don't have them (Also included in the main file).
What's the range increase?
The default NMM download will give you a choice of 6 different versions to install. You can choose either 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, or 10x. Be advised that 10x can have heavy performance issues on weaker computers and is not recommended for general use. I made it however because I know some people can use it.
Compatibility
This should not conflict with anything/other mods. Because I have so many workshop addons as is, I made this edit the official conduits that came with the game instead of creating altered copies. Although I don't personally want or need altered copies of the originals, I am willing to look into making them if anyone expresses interest in this.
Permissions
Anyone who is interested in doing so is free to port this to the console versions/upload it to Bugesda.rage without asking (It would be nice if you say you are though...) as long as you give me credit for my work and include a link back to this page as I have no intention of doing so myself. I will not provide support for this though, nor will I provide support or consider additions/request from non-Nexus users.
