Lore has it, the institute uses Crows to spy on the people of the Commonwealth.
This mod allows one of two drops when you kill a Crow, to check this theory.

When you kill a Crow, in game, there is a chance of seeing one of two items I set to drop ( 50% ) before de-spawning & Sometimes they leave a slight glow.
- This simple mod created with FO4Edit:
Replaces nothing, No Cells are edited, Can be placed anywhere in your load order,
Is safe to remove anytime and leaves nothing behind.
