Lowers the crafting requirements for pipe weapon mods
Let's face it, pipe weapons suck. Even modded. The game gives you a better pistol at the start and by the time you've taken a few ranks in gun nut, you've probably already scavenged an arsenal of superior weapons.
This mod makes it easier to mod pipe weapons early on, while they are still your primary ranged option.
What it does: Lowers the rank of Gun Nut required to make Pipe Weapon Mods Mods that formerly required Gun Nut 3, now only require Gun Nut 2 Mods that formerly required Gun Nut 2, now only require Gun Nut 1 Mods that formerly required Gun Nut 1 no longer require the Gun Nut perk Mods that formerly required no perks now have reduced adhesive/screw/steel cost
Science perk as a requirement for advanced scopes has not been changed
Should not conflict with Mods that change weapon damage, price or other stats as I have edited the modification only.
Will conflict with other mods that change stats on weapon modifications. If you have Free Downgrades, it should work if it loads after this one.
