Standalone Version Installation:
Unrar, Copy the content into Data\folder.

Replacer Version Installation:
Unrar, Copy the content into Data\folder.
You have to edit the Fallout4.ini file in ../my games/Fallout4/ folder.  Add the following:sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MATERIALS\

This requires you to find the Skark Skin in the Hot Rods magazine.

Tweeked the institute skin slightly to come up with this and I used styk666 specular maps to make it shiny.

To make this standalone I used Daftwalker .esp. Eventualy I will get this to work on its own.

Also included a shiny alloy like Power Armour frame. Looks really good on all sets of Power Armour.
