This is request mod. Nothing but the boundaries I didn't change and I don't know is it mess in some quest in game, also some of the floors isn't buildable inside the airport but I think I can change that if you want it.
Try it and let me know what can I add or change.

Don't forget to backup SAVE game for all mods, not just this one.
