Install and Description

Download, extract, and place in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data folder (or use the Nexus Manager tool).  Then build static models of Junk in game with components.

Purpose
This mod was originally meant to be part of my Scavenger Mod, but I rounded it out with food and chems to make it a standalone add-on just in case people don't want BOTH features.
Since my Scavenger mod removes junk items from the game upon adding them to your inventory, you wouldn't be able to use them to decorate with OCDecorator.  This mod fixes that: since this mod requires components to build junk, you don't need the desk fan itself, just the components.  But there are many things OCDecorator has that this mod doesn't. I advise using OCDecorator (because it's awesome) and then use this mod to build Junk.

Notes / Things To Consider
  • An alternative approach is to have a mod that renders junk weightless, or use tgm when building.  But I always preferred a bit of immersion.
  • This thing isn't nearly as nice as OCDecorator, but one advantage it has is you don't have to own the item in order to build it, just the components.
  • Everything is Vanilla, so it shouldn't mess too much up.
  • This won't add any junk from other mods, I'd love to have it work with everything, but man that would be a lot of work
  • If anything is messed up, let me know, I'm pretty busy with wife and work, but I'll try to jump back on to fix stuff
  • I wanted to get these mods on bethesda.net, but was having trouble (linking accounts never works) so I asked for help, they basically just said "no we don't want to," so I can't do it.  If anyone wants to upload this to Bethesda for me, go ahead please and thank you.

I didn't use comic sans this time
