I've wanted to build a pagoda but got lazy so here's an empty island for you to build your own home (or tiny settlement) complete with waterfalls, torii (japanese gates), and pink/peach/red "sakura" trees.
IMPORTANT:
If you can't build anything because, according to the game, you need to rid of enemies first, kindly toggle God Mode (~tgm) then hold [V]. Thank you!
INSTALLATION:
Use NMM or drag and drop the files to SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Fallout/Data.
TO UNINSTALL:
Use NMM or delete the file "Samishii_Build Your Own" from the data folder.

ReGrowth Overhaul by Spiffyskytrooper and the mods recommended in that mod. c;
