About this mod

Small beacon for places where the huge recruitment tower won't fit.

Permissions and credits
Ever seen a settler carry a radio around, or a pipboy. So how did they hear my beacon. They didn't, it just works. So, it doesn't matter if your beacon has antennae to send signals to the moon. Because it's magic.

I wanted one of these so I built it.

Has the same properties as the huge recruitment tower just smaller. Costs less steel to make because of it's size.

Known issues: Can't turn it off. Model is a switch and switches always receive power, but you can store it in the workshop if you want.

Or you can build an actual switch first and connect the SRB to it. The issue is that I built the SRB out of a switch, so it always gets power (It just works...). The on/off toggle only turns off power to things connected to/after the SRB. It's still a switch.

It finally dawned on me after watching numerous settlement building vids that the regular beacon is a switch too.
Bethesda just reversed the nodes in the nif model. I have no idea how that would be done.

New mod I published as discussed in comments Ham Settlement Beacon
