Discontinued until Bethesda fix the archive loading bug. The mod just makes me too angry to work on. 

Play as a ghoul in the wasteland!How to use this mod:
1. Start a new game.
2. During character creation change face presets until you look like a
ghoul.
3. Sculpt to your hearts content.
4. Play through the intro sequence.
5. When you get the opportunity to respec your character at the Vault
111 elevator, pick "Change to Ghoul"
6. Exit the vault.

You are now ghoul!

"But I want to play as a ghoul on a character I already have!"

No Problem!
Open Console ~
showlooksmenu player
Close Console ~
Change face preset to Ghoul
Confirm Character
Open Console ~
Player.SetRace RoraxGhoulRace
showlooksmenu player
Follow steps 2 and 3

You are now a ghoul!

Be aware! you can change your degree of ghoulishness by going to the
Ghoul subcatagory in the Extras menu during character creation.

Be aware! you can change your eyes to ghoul eyes (or keep human ones) by
changing them to "Ghoulish" variants when picking eye colours.

"Hey Rorax why can I only change to the Ghoul race when I get to the
elevator?"
there are a few reasons

1. I cannot add a "Race" catagory to the LooksMenu.swf (the interface
that drives character creation) Because I personally don't know how to
work with Action Script or Swf format stuff

2. Changing your race during the first round of character creation
causes the game to bug out and no longer be playable, your camera flys
off to a different part of the bathroom and is stuck there. And because
of 1. I couldn't really be bothered to figure out how to fix it.

3. Playing as a ghoul in the prewar section is kinda silly anyway so it
wasn't a big deal to me, If people really really want this fixed then
I'll try, at the very least I do want to try getting hold of a custom
LooksMenu with a race selector.

Compatibility issues:

Anything that changes MQ102, RespecTriggerREF or HumanRace will muck
with this mod.
