Cleans up the front area of saugus ironworks including spawns

Cleaned up Saugus Ironworks
Lore friedly: How would the area look like after the defeat of the Forged and 1-2 more working days of a brotherhood initiate cleaning squad?
Removes the fires, rubble and the enemy spawns in front of the entrance.
No change inside of the building.
Should not interfere with any quests, but better install it after you finished your business inside of saugus ironworks.
Install/Uninstall: Use NMM to install and uninstall.
Always backup your savegames
Cell Reset may occur, not tested.
Just an .esp file done with creation kit.
