There's now a fifty percent chance a deathclaw will drop an egg on death. A very small chance for a pristine egg to drop. Pristine egg also has a slightly higher level requirement for it to drop.
If you have a mod that edits Deathclaw drop tables, you may want to create a merged patch in FO4Edit or some of the loot may not show.
