Sick of junk items stored in the workshop NOT counting towards your resources at linked settlements with Local Leader?

Scrapping Junk items manually, one by one, all day long to build that next settlement?

This is for we city city builders who, after long hours of picking up every junk item in the wasteland, then come home to break down every single item in our junk inventory in order for our Local Leader caravans to be able to carry our newly acquired scrap to linked workshops. Inspired by watching my fiancee carry a thousand items back to Sanctuary, overburdened, only to watch her scrap each and every item via manual scrapping with the controller, just so she could continue building her megacity in the next settlement over. Keep that back strong, Ducky_75!

Location
========
Grinder available in the Settlement Workshop under Resources > Misc (with the Scavenging Station). Requires Intelligence 4+, Scrapper 1, and Local Leader 1.

Details
=======
Place a Grinder in your settlement, attach to a power line (3 power).  It *is* solenoid powered, anyway, and those solenoids won't power themselves dontchaknow.

You can then:
   Place Junk items in the grinder container via the transfer menu, OR
   Activate the junk box on the ground to automatically take all non-valuable junk items from your inventory and place them into the grinder.
   Hit the button on the front, provided it's properly powered, and all junk inside the Grinder will be scrapped and sent to the local workshop inventory to be shared among your linked settlements. Post-Apocalyptic convenience at it's finest!

=======
Overwrite existing files.  You may need to scrap and rebuild existing grinders to use updated scripts with bugfixes.

Incompatibility
===============
No incompatibilities that I know of.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
v1.0:
-  Power can be lost to the grinder button when leaving the area and returning, requiring wire to be unattached/reattached.  Resolved (hopefully) in 1.1.

History
=======
1.1: 6/20/16

-  Small change to hopefully resolve bug where power is lost to grinder button after leaving and returning to the settlement in which a grinder resides.
-  Reduced the power requirement to 3 (from 5).  It's big, but I guess not that big...

1.0 == First version!
