SIMPLE MOD FOR SCREENSHOT AND TESTING MODS

It`s mod like Studio White to Skyrim. I`m very long waiting when it`s appears for Fallout 4. Got tired of waiting and made it myself.
So, it`s personal mod and i`m will not update and not going to improve him, while I did not decide.
HOW TO USE
Enter: write in console "COC WTR"
Exit: use pip boy fast travel
Also included invisible settlements workbench
