Want to practice you skill in a safe and secure area? Want to test your brand new weapon? Search no more, for Arturo just opened a new shooting range in his shop's basement! Come and test your skills on moving, non-living targets! The most difficult target will grant you more experience.
Dear customers, please note: grenades are forbidden. We do not give you free ammo, but we will be happy to sell you some.
Please come to Arturo, the best weaponry in the entire Commonwealth Wasteland!
