Adds a "seek" button to various Wasteland and workshop radios.
Scans between most radio stations that the player can currently hear from the pipboy -- meaning modded stations should also work.
Technical note: Radio stations in Fallout 4 require a unique frequency to tune to, this currently increments the station frequency by 0.1 until one is detected. If the station is, for example, 85.15, it'll be skipped as it would need to be more precise (requires 10x more time to find a station).
Uninstallation: Make sure you're not currently tuning a radio when saving before uninstallation, as the radio will become unusable. Save once the radio's off tuned to a station or off.
