Bigger build space (did not extend the border, its big enough) alittle pool here and there.
A small house from the old settlers who used to live there.
cooking and weapon mod station are there.

Rebuilt with CK, yes ck does provide cell resets still. But atleast theres some workaround it.
I had some learning with the new ck, and result was greygarden and this one.
Teraformed,Navmeshed and yelled at creation kit for dc's.
Future updates gonna ad some mists,waterfall,treasures,quests.

*Missing work station?
When you start a new game, the workstations are locked, so it wount show up in these type of mods.
but there is a tool to fix it. yes you can use the Z-X-Y axis but theres a mod thats alot easier, check it out.

If its a loaded game, the workbench will be locked in its orginal place. its under the brewing thingy.
