Adds a custom settlement to Starlight Drive In

I created this complex in one of my previous saves a while back.  I started a new game and realized how much I missed my house, so I created it in the CK and thought I'd share it with everyone else.  This is a BIG complex and as you add more and more items it will cause a frame rate drop due to the complexity of the building in an exterior cell.  It shouldn't be terrible, but be forewarned.  If your computer is running minimal specs, or it's on the low end, this area might be too much for it to handle.  All that being said, I think you'll really like it.

Features:

This complex is fully customizable in game (except for the elevator...sorry).  The pieces act just like any settlement item does.  If you want to create a new room somewhere then just plop down a new wall.  Want to turn the garden into a combat arena?  Go for it! The pond area of Starlight Drive in has been converted into a garden atmosphere...that is much prettier than a combat arena.  There are six identical apartment areas to assign as you see fit and there is an "overseer" apartment on the top floor.  The lowest level and the overseer's apartment have transparent walls with a wonderful view of the corroded landscape.  The first and fourth levels have concrete foundation pieces and the second and third levels have false walls to allow you to hide any power cables you might want to run in your settlement (use "TCL" in the console for easy placement).  Located on the first level is an elevator to a bunker (an interior cell) so you can escape radiation storms (since you can't rest while taking radiation damage).  The complex also has full NavMesh with preferred pathways through the lower level to (hopefully) keep your NPCs functioning rather than standing around trying to figure out how to get somewhere.  I have purposefully left the complex bare so you can make it into what you want.  This is a shell for you make a home out of.  You will want to pick up a mod that allows increased settlement size. I use "Increased Build Limit Enhanced" http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13779/?

Suggested mods for further enjoyment:
Alternate Settlements by Stuyk http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5118/?
Auto Doors by Wenderer http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8457/?
OCDecorator by mcface http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4270/?

Known Issues:

       1.  The food resources in the garden area can't be assigned to settlers for some reason.  You need to scrap them and replant in order to make them viable crops to be harvested.  The same goes for the beds in the apartments.  Just pick them up and put them right back down and they'll be good to go.

2.  For whatever reason in current saves the settlement workbench won't move to the location I placed it in the creation kit.  If you start a new game, however, it will be in the correct position.  To move the workbench where I intended it to be, use the following instructions:
1. Open the console (tilde key...`)
2. Click on the workbench
3. Type "setpos x -38157" (without the quotes)
4. Type "setpos y 58704" (without the quotes)
5. Type "setpos z 3978" (without the quotes)
6. Type "setangle z 42" (without the quotes)

Credits:

HUGE credit goes to NovaCoru and her wonderful mod "Homemaker" http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1478/?.  Without it this mod would have been completely impossible (especially since homemaker is a required file).  Seriously though, I HATED how my settlements looked using the vanilla items.  NovaCoru turned a horrid looking slog into a fun creative experience.  THANK YOU, NovaCoru!
