Sooooo one o my long time viewers suggested i make Kellogg Legendary since I'm running with like 8 companions...so I did...
The new Legendary Kellogg
is now set to 3.4 times you level (instead of 1.5)
has the Legendary Star and Accuracy bonus
Base Perception of 7 (up from 0, standard for Legendaries)
Base Agility of 5 (up from 0, standard for Legendaries)
Base health of 1260 (up from 150)
Base Action Points of 250 (up from 50)
Will drop Scounger and Fortune Finder loot
For reference my Testing character was lvl 33, Kellogg spawned at 112
Update:
Version 2 makes all th named Coursers, Including Chase from Faaa Haabaaa and X6-88 Legendary
I also fixed the butter faces
