Adds a lore-friendly manor added to the sea-side cliffs in the Northeast corner of the Commonwealth.

Requires Far Harbor DLC

Since my workshop settlement did not go so well for my last upload, I decided to construct a player home instead. This manor is equipped with all crafting workbenches, stocked with some supplies, and provides a place of rest close to the Far Harbor transport boat.

Fast-travel is possible after discovery. To get to the manor, follow the beach north, heading towards the Nakano residence. There is a set of stairs leading up to the home against the cliff face.

If you are using mods that change the map, such as Zoom-out Extended or Satellite World Map, then you should place this .esp before those mods in your load order.
