Changes the equipped model of The Captain's Hat (Far Harbor) from the general's version to Hancock's version.

I noticed that The Captain's Hat from Far Harbor resembles Hancock's Tricorn hat in the preview/"closer look" window but when equipped it instead looks like the Minutemen General's Hat.
This mod simply makes the hat resemble Hancock's Tricorn hat when worn.
In v2 I have made the hat wearable with gas masks by unchecking the headband slot.
