Adds a customizable 2-story player home to Goodneighbor next to the Third Rail. Requires Automatron and Far Harbor DLC.

• Functions as a settlement so it can be connected with supply lines and settlers/followers can be sent there. Just activate the workbench and you're good to go.
  

• Radiant power throughout so theres no need for wiring to add lighting
  

• Fully stocked and furnished but nearly everything can be removed to build it your way.
  

Some objects are not able to be scrapped themselves, but are connected to others that are. If you want to clear everything out, make sure to SCRAP, not store anything besides loose items and workbenches.

2nd floor wall art can be removed by scrapping the cinder block in the blocked stairwell. 

It shouldn't conflict with anything that doesn't modify Goodneighbor but I'm not 100% on that. Be sure to post any issues if there are any.
