What is it?
It is a player home located in the player's old home in Sanctuary, I'll let you work out where it is, check all the rooms and under everything! If you really don't want to look for it, the location will be at the bottom of the description (beneath the changelog).





Lore
After you left Vault 111 and met up with the Minutemen, Garvey informed you of a bunker somewhere underneath the town, but didn't know exactly where. After consulting Mama Murphy, you were able to find the bunker, however you would need to dig out an entrance, so you excavated a tunnel from your old house in Sanctuary to the bunker, which now serves as your haven from the unforgiving, wretched Wasteland.




Installation
Easiest way is to just install with NMM, but you can do it manually too.
1. Download file.
2. Extract the .esp file to your Fallout 4 data folder.
