As with all of the main factions in the new Far Harbor DLC, there was a surprising lack of player housing that you didn't have to make yourself (A.K.A settlements) So to try to help remedy this situation I now present to you a new player home "Atom's Gift!"

Atom's Gift
Are you a child of Atom?
Do you wish to purge the heretics of Far Harbor from Atom's domain?
Do you wish to spend your time in the warm embrace of Atom's glow in the Nucleus?
If you also wish to live in Atom's warm embrace, I present to you, Atom's Gift!
"Atom's Gift" is a small player home located in the rafters of the Nucleus.
The house has all the basic supplies needed for a life of humble servitude in Atom's domain, complete with:
-cooking station
-weapons bench
-armor bench
-storage
-all the irradiated hanging bottles you could ever need
So child, if you are ever in need of quiet respite from the cruelties of the outside world, feel free to take residence within this humble abode.
