I was watching some horror flicks one night while the internet was down and thought "I need a true 'Alone in the dark' style mod" so i whipped this up real quick, It pretty much removes all ambient lighting in the world. I am still working on finding a simple way to propagate this to interiors, I have been able to darken the interiors but not entirely black as it is outdoors, if you have suggestions please let me know.

If you enjoy the extra suspense and danger of having no idea what is out there, this just might be what you are looking for!

Shadow people fix
Make sure to turn off the 'fake' character lighting so they do not appear as solid shadows indoors.

• To manually turn them off type "cl off" in the console. Type "cl on" to turn it back on.
• To turn it off by default, add "sStartingConsoleCommand=cl off" under "General" in your "Fallout4.ini". 
  

(This will not be necessary once i figure out how to turn the interior lights off as well.)
