Unlock Ballistic Weave and Brotherhood of Steel Paint 1.2
As of update 1.2, this includes an installer where you may choose to unlock Ballistic Weave (with or without requirements) and unlock Brotherhood of Steel paints with or without requirements.
Both Brotherhood of Steel paint esp files add the missing rank power armor paints.
