This enb was made by me, inspired by the tetrachromatic enb that was released for skyrim. I aimed to capture that magical look, and really change fallout.
This is still the first version, and I would love to improve it, for me and anyone else who likes it, so feedback is good.
I warn anyone trying this out, it gets dark, so use that pipboy light, because this makes it very usefull.

Install.
Install this like a normal enb; go to the enbdev website http://enbdev.com/download_mod_fallout4.htm Download the newest version, and overwrite anything in that version with what is in this mod.
Then drag and drop in your fallout 4 directory, and enjoy.
