Installation:


You need to create a folder in Fallout4/Data. Name it Interface then put the mod file there.

You also have to change a line in "Fallout4.ini". It's located in: Documents/My Games/Fallout4


Under (Archive)


Add "INTERFACE" after "STRINGS"

Just like this:
