Nerfed Perks for Survival

Description :

Are you tired of getting to overpowered already midgame ? Do you think some perks make surviving in the Wasteland too easy ?
Then this mod is for you !
I focused on reducing the multipliers, such as outgoing damage, incoming damage, hit chance and so on. Some other effects that made a playthrough too easy were removed. Further details below.
The mod was intended to be used in Survival Mode.

Requirements :

  • Automatron
  • Far Harbor

Notes :

For the perks to have the new effect, if you don't want to start a new game, you need to remove them with console commands and then add them back again!


Perk Chart changes :

- Iron Fist, Big Leagues, Heavy Gunner, Rifleman, Gunslinger, Commando : are down to 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% damage increase
- Basher, Pickpocket : are down to 15%/30%/45%/60% 
- Demolition Expert : doesn't show the grenade trajectory at rank 2, is down to 10%/20%/30%/40% damage increase
- Sneak : removed ability to not set of traps/mines, removed ability to go back to hidden when crouching, no detection while running went up to rank 5
- Strong Back : +20CarryWeight / +35CW / use AP to run when overencumbred / +50CW / use less AP
- Rooted : +20DR, 10xDMG / +40DR, 20xDMG
- Sniper : rank 3 15% accuracy to headshots in VATS
- Concentrated Fire : 5%/10%/15% accuracy + 10% DMG
- Lead Belly : reduced to 2 ranks, second ranks gives more rad resistant than vanilla but unlocks at higher level
- Chem Resistant : 25%/50% to get addicted, removed ability to never get addicted to chems
- AquaBoy/Girl : gain 1000 rad resistance while in water
- Adamantium Skeleton : 15x/30x/60x less limb damage
- Lady Killer/Black Widow : 2%/5%/8% DMG
- Lone Wanderer : 10%/20% less DMG, 15% more DMG, 30 CW/ 60 CW
- Chemist : 25%/50%/75%/100% longer chem duration
- Nuclear Physicist : FC last 15%/30%/60% longer, RadWeapons do 25%/50% more DMG
- Medic : 40%/50%/60% better healing, removed last rank, increased needed lvl for rank 2+3
- Mister Sandman : 5%/15%/25% more DMG with silenced Weapons
- Action Boy/Girl : regenerate AP 15%/30%/60% faster
- Moving Target : +20DR/+40DR
- Ninja : melee sneak attack 3x/4.5x/6x more DMG
- Blitz : decreased distance for both ranks
- Gun Fu : 15%/30% more DMG for 2nd/3rd target
- Bloody Mess : 2%/5%/7% more DMG
- Better Criticals : 25%/50%/100% more DMG  

Bobblehead Perk Changes :

- Big Guns : +15% crit DMG
- Energy Weapons : +15% crit DMG
- Melee Weapons : +15% crit DMG
- Small Guns : +15% crit DMG
- Unarmed : +15% crit DMG
- Explosives : +7% DMG
- Repair : FC last 5% longer
- Sneak : 5% harder to detect

Companion Perk Changes :

- Paladin Danse : +10% DMG against ghouls, super mutants, synths
- Deacon : +10% sneak DMG
- MacCready : +10% headshot accuracy in VATS
- Preston : +10% DMG when outnumbered
- Old Longfellow : damage resistance and energy resistance of animals and sea creatures is reduced by 15%

Other Perk Changes :

- Adrenaline : 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20% DMG increase
- BoS Initiate : 5% less DMG from ghouls, super mutants, synths
- "The Heavy" : 5% more DMG against synths and Institute foes
