Makes 3725 barrels in the game explosive, craftable and scrappable.
I was playing Fallout 4 the other day and I suddenly realized that the barrel I had a shootout with never exploded. No matter how many shots I fired and no matter what weapon I used the barrel remained unexploded. "How unexplosive" I thought to myself. I did some research and made this mod. Now I can walk around the Commonwealth shooting at every red barrel I see, only this time I'm winning! Also adds a layer of strategy in firefights where you have the opportunity to blast your enemy in the face with a well-placed shot to a barrel.

This is my first mod and I don't have much experience yet. I have tested it in game for a few days now and it seems to be working fine for me. If someone experiences anything odd please tell me so I can figure out how to fix it.
