Description:
Increases the time taken for the MIRV to launch its cluster of nukes from 0.6 seconds to 1 second.
Now includes more delays! 1.3s, 1.5s, 2s and 10s variants have been added into a handy FOMOD installer.
Helps to avoid murdering yourself. Enjoy!
