The reason given by the author is: Due to my extended absence from Fallout 4, this mod has fallen seriously out of date. To prevent problems for new users, I have decided it would be best to hide the mod. For an alternative, I would recommend checking out "Perks Unleashed" by Quantumbutterfly.
