Preston shouldn't expect you to want to dedicate your life to the Minutemen the day he makes you General. That's a bit much.

Version 2.0beta
counter var 3 -> 2 to make try and make certain quests starting late stop starting late and start stating closer to the right time
WIP mod to attempt to tweak the minutemen's quests to lower the actual amount of quests Preston gives, in addition to making the various (radiant) settlement defense quests stop bothering the player. You shouldn't have any minutemen quests when you enable this mod, starting with a new game is recommended.
This mod is intended to be a successor to the "Disable Minutemen Radiant Quests" which also disabled Recruitment quests, and the Preston quest giving system, which really screwed with the game, especially with the minutemen's special quests. Preston's quest giving really shouldn't be disabled, because it breaks most of the rest of the game, but it can be limited.
Current changes: max active mm quests 3 -> 1 mm rand event chance 25 -> 15 mm rand event chance after taking castle 75 -> 60
all radiant defence quests require player to be less than level -1 there is now a counter on the rand event activator (2 events would have to happen in the unmodded game for 1 event to happen with the mod)
