Heroes of the Wasteland - Issue 1 - Captain Vault

This mod is Chapter/issue #1 in an attempt to bring superhero type powers and backstory to the fallout universe.

There will be a note to get you started right next to the Grognak Comic on the counter in your old home in Sanctuary.

There is no mapmarker or quest, but once you find or go to the crater of atom you will find what you seek.

Notes: Once you find Captain Vault loot the Captain Vault Suit and ring and equip them. You are now the new Captain Vault!
(or whatever you want)

Captain Vault ring will grant you the superpower to knock enemies flying! It also disarms them.

Captain Vault suit increases your strength as well as health regeneration, making you almost invulnerable.
(you are not invincible however)

The cape is from here, however I have created an entire suit with cape attached. Male and Female. You need nothing but this mod to use.
