Edit: Turns out there is a mod that does this and still works and doesn't require cheat engine (it's a regular esp file) I couldn't find this mod when I was looking for one, and the version I had used in the past no longer worked. So this file doesn't seem to have much use lol. I'll leave it up just in case anyone wants it for some reason, But I would suggest the esp version: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10455

This is a Cheat Engine file. You need Cheat Engine installed to use this.
I noticed that the version posted on here no longer worked after the Wasteland Workshop update came out, so I made a version that does.
Just open the file in Cheat Engine, select the Fallout4.exe process, change the value of the address named: Change to 0.. to 0, and then check the "Activate" box to the right of the address description.
Fallout 4 must already be running and your save must be loaded before changing the value to 0.
