Simple, Small, and Sweet mod that just fixes the fact that.. what the fuck happened to the stuff that was outside the vault before the bombs, but no longer there after??? That APC on the street in Sanctuary with soldiers telling you to go to the vualt? The clipboard douche that killed all those people? The vault security outside?

Most of it, if not all, is now here again, piles of skeletons outside the gate, dead soldiers, vehicles, all that nice stuff has been hand placed in their correct or believable spots, since of course the blast will have moved stuff a little bit in some cases. This doesn't alter anything else except placing some stuff for those eye-candy nitpicks like me.
