If you are tired of oscillating 1st Person Camera back & forth and from side to side while your player character has stopped movement already... Then I've found solution for you.
Simply download the instruction file and tweak Fallout4.ini which should be there: C:\Users\..YourUserName..\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\
