Designed to be a complete and pre-decorated den to hide out in, so not another settlement and no workshop included.
But the Den is meant to be a complete player home decorated with collected treasure and memorablia for any Wasteand veteran.

Simply travel to the cross roads on the North bank of the river just East of the CIT ruins and look for The Den just to the North. It has a sign outside to make it nice and easy to find!

  • Vanilla compatible, no DLC required 
  • Map Marker dicoverable from outside and fast travel is to indoor location for convenience 
  • No weather and peace and calm inside 
  • Contents mostly static and decorative, can tear around the joint without items going everywhere 
  • Includes each standard crafting station plus a Barber and Surgery chair 
  • Ample storage with named containers by workstations, place for mods, legendary items etc... 
  • Plenty of room for collected magazines and a Bobblehead stand included 

The lair is broken up into:
  • a main annex which includes an office, 
  • a cosy lounge, 
  • Magazine and display room, 
  • power armour bay by the entrance for storing your armour, 
  • armoury for crafting and storing weapons and armour, 
  • Kitchen pantry and diner on the mezzanine floor, 
  • bedroom and changing area, 
  • bathroom including a barber chair, 
  • clinic with surgery and chemistry station, 
  • plus a bank of safes and an extra storage room

Version 2.1

  • Updated to fix an issue with the magazine racks not working.

Version 2.2

  • Added a navmesh, companions will now follow you in and navigate the cell
  • Added a clean water source- can be found just above kitchen counter
  • Added a 'Radiation Treatment' station in the clinic - activating the new tank will remove 300 rads each time
  • Changed the ceiling in the clinic thanks to an intermittant graphics glitch (thanks for spotting KunningPlanz)

Version 2.3

  • Linked workbenches - they now all share storage
  • Added an addictol supply on the chems workbench - use to cure addictions
  • Removed the mannequin-
-On companion pathing tests at one point Piper grunted and headbutted the mannequin leaving annoying mannequin limbs and detritus everywhere

Version 2.4

  • Fixed some issues with containers and respawning
