Reorders certain Perks in the Progression Trees to increase character variety, sensibility, and balance.

Have you ever thought it was strange that it takes more Charisma to be a "Lone Wanderer" than it takes to Woo the Opposite Sex?

Do you ever get annoyed with the fact it takes a whopping Eight Strength to effectively stab an enemy with a bayonet, when you only need Two Strength to viably swing a twenty pound sledgehammer? With a Jet Engine attached to it?

The Vit-O-Matic describes a character with One Endurance as being "Basically Dead." Does that scream "Toughness" to you?

Perks reordered alters the Special Requirements for Perks in the Strength, Charisma and Endurance Trees, as they were the ones who really needed it. (I find the other trees to be fairly well-ordered and/or necessary for game balance.)

Perks Reordered changes the Trees as Follows:

STRENGTH
  • Unarmed
  • Armorer
  • Blacksmith
  • Big Leagues
  • Basher
  • Steady Aim
  • Heavy Gunner
  • Strong Back
  • Rooted
  • Pain Train

Notes: I was always bothered by Melee weapons requiring only one more strength point than Unarmed seeing as Unarmed is really just a worse version of Melee weapons, at least until the Upper Ranks and Weapons.In addition, Strong Back and Basher have swapped places. I made this decision based on the fact that Basher was not *nearly* good enough to justify Eight Points and that Strong Back is *incredibly powerful* in Survival Mode, and just more useful in general.
The Crafting Perks were moved down partly out of necessity, but mostly so that it makes so that you have to put fewer points in Strength in order to play as a Power-Armour focused character, Which makes sense, if you think about it. (The Wimpy Scientist Relying on their Badass Armour, etc.)

ENDURANCE
  • Life Giver

Notes: Endurance probably has the most substantial changes, and that's mainly because it was completely nonsensical
(Why was Toughness requiring only 1 Endurance when its Energy Equivalent needs 7 Perception? Not only do the most powerful weapons in the game tend to be at least Partly Ballistic, but Ballistic resistance in general is much easier to stack with Armor.
Cannibal is an interesting Option that was locked further down in favor of boring +Resistance Perks, which has been "Fixed."
In General, Endurance is thematically more appropriate. The Early perks can be seen as In-born traits while the further you go down the tree, the more Freakish the nature of your Endurance becomes.

 Notes: "Who Needs Friends?" Well apparently so-called "Lone Wanderers" did seeing as they needed at least 3 Charisma.
In addition to rectifying the bizarre logic of the original tree, the Pacify mechanic has been declumped and made easier to acquire for characters of varying charisma. Animal Friend for the Humble Hermits, Intimidate for the Captivating Commandos, and Wasteland Whisperer now requires 10 Charisma for the people with Raw Emotion that allows one to tell a Radscorpion to Stop Being an Asshole.
Also Party Boy Requires 9 Charisma because Party Boy exemplifies why you shouldn't tie every perk to a specific level of Special. GG Bethesda.
