About this mod
This is my first mod in fallout 4. I have done others in Oblivion and Skyrim. This is a cleanup and make shift base for the player to live or build a settlement. It contains some work benches and tools as well as some extra's

This mod creates a wall surrounding Red Rocket and it expands the settlement building area as well.
Think of it as a slightly left over advanced base of operations with little clue as to why everyone abandon it.
There appears to be only one guard at the front door and she is dead. The place looks pretty secure and with some work
could be a great settlement.
The mod makes use of the DLC by Bethesda "Automatron" https://bethesda.net/#en/events/game.../2016/02/16/77
