incompatible with mods that change cell the cells (-17,8),(-17,7),(-18,7),(-18,8) [there shouldn't be any that do]

-Mostly Flat

-supply lines
-followers can be sent here

-updated Navmesh (and finalized it this time)
-Settlers can be transferred from other settlements now
-recruitment towers now work(no longer have to use console commands to add settlers)
