Ever wanted to have a settlement on the Interchange? Well now you can, includes ground level all the way up to the top level of the freeway.
You have a large ground area to build in, 5 levels of highway and a prewar delivery company's left over shipments and materials.
Look for the icon between Covenant and Corvega Assembly Plant.
I've increased the values of scrap for the ground objects to give you a helping hand. Also, added 3 separate borders (ground, level 1, level 2/3) so you know how much space you have which ever level you are on.
There is also a couple of small easter eggs within the delivery notes at ground level.
