A small mod to repair the Starlight Drive-In. The parking is repaired and the pond was moved. That's it really

I made a small overhaul of the Starlight Drive-in Settlement.
The building is repaired as much as I could, the pond was moved and the land flattened.
It's also fully nav-meshed, if you build an access to the now repaired "wing", NPC will walk on it.
That's it really.
For new playthough of course.
