Sneak like a supah ninja (now as a plugin). Changes the stealth parameters.

WHAT IT DOES
It's a simple plugin file that alters a few choice game settings, so sneaking works much better. Since 2.0, now as a proper plugin file.
(If you want to change the settings yourself and are afraid of FO4 Edit, try the old version. It's ALMOST the same, except as a batch file that you can edit with Notepad.)
Note that it doesn't make you completely invisible (unless you edit the file yourself and boost it even more). You CAN be detected if you run in front of some raider in power armour. And Agility, perks, shadowed or muffled armour pieces, suppressors, etc, still help. You WILL get a hefty boost to sneaking, but it's not TAI or anything. Sort of my idea of a semi-realistic Hollywood ninja. Keyword being: SEMI.

HOW TO INSTALL IT
Probably easiest to do with NMM at this point. Or if you insist on doing it by hand, unpack the .esp in your DATA directory, then edit the plugins.txt in your AppData/Local/Fallout4 directory and set it as read only so the launcher doesn't override it.
HOW TO GET IT
Nothing to get. Just start the game and go sneaking like a supah ninja.
HOW TO UNINSTALL IT
With NMM. Or delete the supahninja.esp plugin file from your Data directory to completely uninstall.
LICENSE
I release it into a public domain. I'm not gonna hound anyone just because they changed the same variables in the game. If you want to make your own sneak rebalance and start from this, go for it.
