Reasons!!!:
Ever feel like the in game Legendary Mods for Weapons or Armors have potential but nothing even gets close to what it should be (They are "Legendary" Mods after all)?

Ever want more Legendary Mods for both Weapons and Armor that also include the Legendary Mods built into the game?

Ever want a (different) way of crafting Legendary Mods onto Weapons and Armors?

Sh*t just got real!  This mod will change the way you think about Legendary Mods, and most of the weapon mods I made you can put on both Melee and Ranged weapons!

I bring to you my 20th Fallout 4 mod "Lethally Legendary"!

Thank You to all my supporters for keeping me motivated to keep making mods for this game!... More to come (especially if I can figure out this "Creation Kit")!

AMMO/Mod Info!!!:
This mod adds a total of 40 (18 Weapon, 22 Armor) brand new Legendary Mods to the game!!

This mod also includes all of the original Legendary Mods that the game comes with!

***There are four different .esps for this mod, do NOT have more than one active at one time.***

All of these Legendary Mods (New and Old) are FULLY CRAFTABLE at any Weapon Workbench!!

A new material was added and integrated into the game called "Metallic Fusion Powder" this is needed to craft ANY Legendary Mod.

Metallic Fusion Powder drops from anything that can drop caps as change, so Raiders, Children of Atom, Super Mutants, etc. (Note: some creatures drops caps, but the game doesn't consider it as them having change so they are not part of this drop table).

List of some the new Legendary Mods (and what they do) made by myself:
Gooey - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Instantly turns your target into a pile of goo (OHKO))
Absolute Zero - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Instantly freezes your target)
Stealthy - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Turns you invisible, triggers when you equip your weapon)
Fast Forward - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Makes time speed up to 30 times as fast, triggers when you equip your weapon)
Matrix - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Slows down time to a bit slower than when you use Jet, triggers when you equip your weapon)
Jesus's - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Allows you to walk on water, triggers when you equip your weapon)
Navi's - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Shows you a path to your next mission objective, triggers when you equip your weapon)
Last Resort - (Weapon | Works on both Melee and Ranged | Instantly turns YOU into a pile of ash (Suicide FTW?), save before hand, triggers when you equip your weapon)
Baby Boomer - (Weapon | Works only on Ranged | Overrides your guns projectile to be a seeking extremely explosive baby Shawn)
Jetpacked - (Armor | Enables a better form of a Jetpack one that does not cost anything to use)
Healthy - (Armor | Gives you 300 more Hit Points, triggers when equipped)
Pack Mule's - (Armor | Increases your carrying capacity by 100, triggers when equipped)
Roided - (Armor | Increases your strength by 10 points, triggers when equipped)
Milk of Human Hatred - (Armor | Grants you 100% damage resistance to Super Mutants, other damage types (Rads, Poison, etc.) still persist, Read more in Disclaimer section)

That is just 14 of them, I will write an entire list and post it as a sticky on the Comments section for your reference as I have a limited amount of space on this page.

Disclaimer!!!:
***This mod will NOT work correctly with any other mod that overrides the Attachment Point Keyword: ap_Legendary (ID: 001E32C8), as in order to make this mod I overrode that Keyword myself.  If this mod is not working for you it is most likely due to this!***

***If you have no others mods that override that Keyword then... this mod WILL work with any other (Weapon/Armor) mod that has an unchanged Attachment Point "ap_Legendary" Keyword.  Which is most everything!***

***When making Legendary Mods for your weapons they are all listed alphabetically, and many of the in game Legendary Mods are only usable on certain weapon types.  If you pick a Mod that you wish to add and it should do something to the weapons stats and it doesn't that means you have the wrong weapon type, although this will still allow you to attach it to your weapon even though it will do nothing.***

Some Encountered Bugs with my New Legendary Mods:
Absolute Zero: Can occasionally cause targets to clip incorrectly into the ground upon spamming.  Causes body parts (typically heads on creatures) to fall off once frozen, also causing random bugs to occasionally happen.
Stealthy: Once you equip your weapon, the Pipboy will disappear, simply lower your arm and look at your pipboy again to make it appear again.  If you melee or crouch and fire a weapon you will turn visible again, reequip your weapon to turn invisible again.
Milk of Human Hatred and anything else that gives 100% resistance to a particular thing or things: Anything with half a brain tends to run away from you as well in fear: Humans, Super Mutants, and probably some Robots.
Jesus's: While walking on water you will be bouncing up and down, it is not perfectly smooth.
Stealthy Again: If you are invisible and save your game, then change out the active LethallyLegendary .esp file this causes errors and your character will appear semi translucent, just make sure to save when your character is visible and you will be good.  If you question this, do not remove the active .esp file until you have made sure.
Probably more that I am sure will be addressed in the comments section, if I can fix them I will, otherwise I will make a note of them.

***There are 4 different .esp files, each one having a different difficulty:***
Hard - (Enemies that can potentially drop Metallic Fusion Powder do so 1 at a time, drop rate varies but is very low.  All new Legendary Mods cost 30 Metallic Fusion Powder, while previously in game Legendary Mods cost 15 Metallic Fusion Powder.  Other materials required to make the new Legendary Mods are difficult to get or/and very difficult to get in the quantities required.)
Medium - (Enemies that can potentially drop Metallic Fusion Powder do so 1 or 2 at a time, drop rate varies but is semi-low.  All new Legendary Mods cost 20 Metallic Fusion Powder, while previously in game Legendary Mods cost 10 Metallic Fusion Powder.  Other materials required to make the new Legendary Mods have been lessened from Hard, but none have been removed.)
Easy - (Enemies that can potentially drop Metallic Fusion Powder do so 1, 2, or 3 at a time, drop rate varies but is much more forgiving.  All new Legendary Mods cost 10 Metallic Fusion Powder, while previously in game Legendary Mods cost 5 Metallic Fusion Powder.  Other materials required to make the new Legendary Mods have been lessened from Medium, and some have been removed or replaced by easier to acquire items.)
Cheaters - (No enemies drop Metallic Fusion Powder, all of the Legendary Mods (Old and New) can be crafted for nothing... have fun!)

***Once again only have ONE of these .esps active at a time!!  You can have all 4 in your data folder at one, I made it very easy to switch between them if your like me and use no Mod Manager.***

***None of the the New Legendary Mods that I made except for two (Baby Boomer, Junky) override the projectile of ranged weapons when you craft them meaning the Cryolator will still fire exactly like a Cyrolator should but can be modded to instantly ignite anything on fire (Hellfire, see the pictures).***

*This is my 20th mod for Fallout 4.  I still do not know everything (particularly modeling or texturing... wish I did), so please go easy on me if I do not know how to fix or understand an issue that randomly comes up.*

*****As long as you do not use this mod for monetary gain, feel free to use this mod however you please, but give me credit, and I would appreciate a PM letting me know what you are tinkering with.*****

Installation/Acquisition!!!:
All 40 of the mods made by myself are standalone, and use an .esp file.  This file will go into your Fallout4 -> Data folder.  If you have a desktop icon right click it and "Open File Location" then drop it into the Data folder.  If you just hit "Play" on Steam then go to Program Files -> Steam -> steamapps -> Common -> Fallout4 -> Data.

If you have Update 1.5 Beta they have changed the way mods are setup and the location of your plugins.txt file, make sure to get the new version of NMM as it should work with it.  I do not know anything about this as I do not have the Update 1.5 as of yet, please do not ask me questions about it.  Otherwise set up this mod as you do all the rest.

Remember have only one .esp active at a time!!

To craft the Legendary Mods, Hunt the materials required and go to ANY Weapons/Armor crafting bench depending on what you want to craft and if no Legendary Mod is on it then a new option called "No Mod Installed" will show up, this is what you select.  If there is a Legendary Mod on it already the name of the Legendary Mod will show up in this area instead and you can then select what you want.
