Simply changes the damage done to 2x in Very Hard difficulty (instead of 0.5x). Great if you don't want to play with the new survival mode but used a mod like Realistic Survival Damage in the past.

Was made with FO4Edit in 5 minutes but seems to work fine. Changes fDiffMultHPByPCVH to 2. Damage taken is already 2x by default, same as survival.
