This mod simply adds a basement to Spectacle Island (located under the ruined house).
This is my first mod so if you see anything that is out of place let me know.
I made it empty as possible but put some dirt here and there to make it look a little nicer.
Placed some guns around (they are dummy guns so they are randomized).
There is a hidden room for you to find (extremely easy to find).
This should work fine for your companions. The navmensh is not perfect but it works.
