This will add a enter-able player home building on the east side of GN in the alley beside the Memory den.

it is a decrepit old building that has been uninhabited for some time. The door is locked initially and can either be picked by the player, or a key can be found somewhere inside the old state house.

there is a workshop and a fuse box inside which will allow the player to customize the house.

the house has no lighting inside, aside from the light that peaks through the windows, therefore it is very dark.

(I created this mod solely to test the functionality of the CK, I am not planning on updating this mod extensively, unless the community demands it. I just figured I'd share in case somebody wanted a nice template on how interior/world edits should be performed)

please feel free to report any bugs that i might have over looked whilst creating this mod, it will help me be more diligent with future projects in the CK.

all formids created by this mod have an h1 preffix to simplify the record searching process if you chose to fiddle with the mod in the CK.

This mod is fully compatible with Goodneighbor home by 1993ted
