I am going to split the file in two (one for replacing dogmeat and the other one is a separate child)

She will spawn with no clothes on (except for underwear)
She is just as good as the normal dogmeat ( I think)

Possible Fix For Clothing is to install Playable Children Mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/583/?)

Instructions for clothes 
1. Open up console with either | or `or  ¬ or ~
2. Search for Child/Kid and go to armour
3. Find the most fitting for you (pg up and pg down for pages)
4. Click on Dogmeat
5. Type" equipitem (then the code behind the clothing you want, must be a child clothing)" ( with no " ")
6. Profit
