Does your character exclusively wear a mask or helmet? This mod will make them sound like they do while wearing a power armor helmet.

ATTENTION: If you've happened upon this mod and know a lot about making scripts for Fallout 4 Script Extender, I implore you to find a way to help make this mod work only when the player has applicable helmets on! A lot of people have asked me about providing such a functionality, but unfortunately it seems this modulation is hard-coded, and I believe the only way to get it to work like people are asking is via F4SE scripting.

With the release of said CK, I managed to finally create the mod plenty of folks have been wanting: one that makes it so your character's voice has the power armor effect but without the power armor.
BUGS + GOOD NEWS:
As of now, this effect applies to your character regardless of whether or not they're actually wearing a helmet or mask. That's why this mod is mostly for people whose characters wear helmets/masks exclusively, 24/7.
HOWEVER, on the bright side, no compatibility patches are necessary for custom helmets or mods that replace helmet or mask forms.
BASICALLY, THIS MOD WORKS WITH:
-any helmet mod
-any mask mod
-any voice mod (such as deeper male voice/higher female voice)
-any outfit
-any piece of clothing
-pretty much everything
If your character doesn't wear a helmet, you can still have this mod and it'll make them sound a little robotic, since they're not wearing a helmet but sound like a filtered effect. If you want that, by all means go ahead and use this mod!
