--- Description ---

Much like my other mods, this aims to add extra detail to exterior locations via lore friendly means. As an example to what this mod does, did you ever wonder where the Vertibird went after you exit Vault 111?, it was there when the bombs hit, and i am pretty sure didn't have enough time to escape the blast, this mod re-adds the bird as a destroyed wreck. 

The mod also includes below:

- Extra flora and rubble to the exterior of the vault, a blast that big and that close would of sent a few things flying around the place, including more trees and branches, heck even rocks were thrown!. 
- Re-added lore friendly parts that were missing, such as the downed Vertibird and the army officer holding the clipboard and pen. Where did he go?, oh there he is!. 
- 200 years, someone has had to visited the area, so i have added a few more containers,chairs and lighting such as lamps to the general area to give it a bit more of a lived in world feel. 

- More to be added, not much content now, just polishing and criticism feedback to remove/add more bits to the area. Aka, perfecting the mod. :).
